Stage 2 had a wonderful time at Life Education yesterday talking about medicines and keeping safe! It was great to see so many of our students contribute and participate with lots of great ideas and comments! We even got a little visit from Harold!

This term we have been reading James and the Giant Peach.
As an art activity, we made the giant peach and all the characters using paper mache, pipe cleaners, play dough, pom poms and lots of other materials.
we will be presenting our peaches at this weeks assembly.
3AD had a wonderful time in Art Cave this week. We got to make paper planes and fans and then learnt all about how to draw and shade them. There is some amazing artists in 3AD.
We had a quick competition at the end to see how far how paper planes could fly!

Congratulations to our newly elected SRC representatives for 2017. We cannot wait to to see what fun days and fundraisers you organise this year! We know you will all do a fabulous job!
On Thursday, 3AD had their first lesson in Art Cave. We are working on a whole school project and making Garden Totem poles with clay. Once they have been painted and fired they will be displayed around our school!
